Mango Sorbet Love

 

Obsessed!!! This is the word I use to describe my mango cravings. Yes, my new found love is the mango fruit. I would have never guessed that I'll be such a huge fan of this brilliant, pleasantly refreshing summer fruit. My friend's family mango tree was fruitful this year and she made a sorbet. As my very thoughtful friend, she shared her delicious mango sorbet with me and my daughter. It was the most delightful dessert I've had in months. Every spoonful, I was like an anime character with hearts in their eyes. Of course, it tasted so much more gratifying made by a close friend. Cheers!! *clinking spoons*

Toot Toot

 

Walking down Pearlridge, we were spotted. He had us at "Hello."  We made a new friend. He called us over to take a picture with him. I think he might have even winked at us. Until we meet again out at sea, we'll always have this picture. 

Koko Head Railway Trail

 

As a first timer, I failed. I'm not ashamed of saying that out loud. The biggest step was the motivation to try this killer hike. I attempted this high, high, high hill of horror. I think I made it to the fifth telephone pole. That was a challenge for me. I am determined to make it to the top one day. I'm planning to give it another try next week. Happy that I gave it a try and now I know what to expect. Lots of water, take breaks, wear better shoes. Next time, I could use my new gray Sketchers.  :)

I've always love the kimmidoll collection. I love their thoughtful savings. I've always bought them for my friends and never bought one for myself until recently. Now it brightens up my day with their happy spirits. With the power of Tamaki, I shine with my unique charm.  :)

Bucket List

Italy??? *Sigh* I want to go to Italy one day. Venice, Tuscany, and Verona. Oh, I can't wait until the day. 

Today, my coworkers started the morning talking about trips. It got me going and the list of places rolled out. Ride the gondola in Venice, visit a lovely vineyard in Tuscany, and leave my love letter to be answered at Casa di Guilietta, capture a glimpse of Buckingham Palace in London, shine along with the northern lights on an Alaskan cruise, walk through the beautiful cherry blossoms in Japan, and get amazed by the Chicago history. With my eyes widen, I created an itinerary for every destination in my mind. My heart is filled with excitement. Let's start planning.  Who's in?
